# Gold and Store

<figure><img src="/files/4HBqgo3BISuZ1qwMwHRH" alt=""><figcaption><p>This is not final Output</p></figcaption></figure>

In the context of the Warlands game, "GOLD" refers to a virtual currency that players earn during a match by completing various objectives such as killing monsters, capturing zones, and destroying chests. The GOLD earned by the players can be used to purchase items and upgrades from the in-match store.

The in-match store is a virtual store that is available to players during a match, where they can spend their earned GOLD to purchase items such as weapons, armor, and potions. The cost of these items varies based on their level and effectiveness. Players can also use their GOLD to upgrade their existing weapons and armor to make them more powerful.

It is important to note that the GOLD earned and spent in the in-match store does not carry over between matches. At the start of each match, players begin with zero GOLD and must earn it again through gameplay.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.warlands.io/whitepaper/gameplay/gold-and-store.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
