3. Breeding

Breeding mounts and their combinations are a great solution to maintain and improve the economy of Warlands players.
For the combination of 2 mounts you will need to have a free slot in your inventory, where each egg will cost "x" tokens. After 7 days the egg will hatch and you will have a new mount.

Breeding Rules:

As for every creation, there are rules. It is important to know the first and most important rule: offspring and combinations must be of the same breed type. The rules are specified and detailed below along with some examples:
Children inherit their parents' skills
When raised, children can inherit skills from their parents. Examples:
  • Zone bonus: +% in fire zones, +% in desert zones...
  • Skill bonus: +% speed, +% life...
Combining rarities does not guarantee superior rarity.
Remember that the cards must be of the same type, they do not have to have the same rarity. Examples:
  • Common + common = You get a rare mount with 1 bonus.
  • Rare + rare = You get a legendary mount with 2 bonuses.
  • Legendary + legendary = You get a mystic mount with 4 bonuses.
What happens if we combine different rarities?
We only combine inherent abilities but not rarities, always select the least rare with the lowest rank:
  • Example: epic (+ 5% fire) + super rare (+ 10% speed) = super rare (5% fire + 10% speed).
What happens if we combine mounts with other mounts that have more attributes?
Each attribute will have a 1 / n% percentage of that attribute (where n = number of attributes).
Example: We are combining 2 mystic mounts, so they can only have 4 bonuses:
  • A = [(+ 5% fire) + (+ 10% speed)] + [(+ 5% sand) + (+ 10% strong)]
  • B = [(+ 5% jungle) + (+ 10% life)] + [(+ 5% ice) + (+ 10% morale)] + [(+ 5% ice) + (+ 10% morale)].
  • C = So, the probability of each appearing is 1/4 + 1/4 (2 bonuses for the parents and 2 bonuses for the mother).
